As someone who has lived close to Brøndby for 30 years, has shares in the club and family ties to the club, have a daughter that was in his parallel class at 6th form until the summer, I feel I'm reasonably placed to comment, without taking the biscuit. This is a gamble. Brøndby desperately need the money and haven't been tearing up trees in the first half of the season. He's only really been playing fairly regularly since the summer, though had 3 or 4 games last season - not enough to show he is premier league ready. Been getting decent reviews, the stats are there, but again not tearing up trees, very much one that could go either way when faced with PL standards. Can't say I've ever seen him and thought - wow. Just trying to temper some of the mad expectations some put on every signing. Very much in line with a Brighton signing and a gamble with it. Hope it pays off, for him, the Albion and Brøndby, he's a decent kid by all accounts.
