Nope, other leg according to BBC:

France's Cisse to miss World Cup

Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse will miss the World Cup after being carried off with a broken leg in France's friendly against China.

The 24-year-old was chasing the ball down the right flank 10 minutes into the game and was knocked off balance by an opposing defender.

As he fell, his right leg twisted under him and buckled above the ankle.

Coach Raymond Domenech told French television: "We all saw what happened and it is hugely disappointing."

Cisse, whose future at Liverpool is uncertain, broke his left leg while playing for the club in October 2004.

The former Auxerre forward, who was linked with a move to Marseille after the World Cup, was replaced by David Trezeguet, who went on to score France's opener.

Ex-Arsenal and Manchester City striker Nicolas Anelka, now of Fenerbahce, and Barcelona's Ludovic Giuly are in line to replace Cisse in the French squad.

Although he was part of France's 2002 World Cup squad, Cisse missed Euro 2004 after being given a five-game ban following a sending off in an Under-21 match.

Poor bloke, he was just starting to show what he is capable of for Liverpool and could have been a major force at the world cup, yuo've got to feel for him really.

as 10cc say, not in hove
he broke the other leg.

france were pretty poor i thought, the matchg was a bit of a practice gamw which made it pointless.

the accident where cisse broke his leg was very unlucky, they tangled legs and he fell badly.

based on the 3 warm up matches i've seen france play, they won't be lifting the cup.....

Feel for him yes, but a major force at the world cup?

I honestly think I must be watching different Liverpool games to everyone else. Cisse seems almost as moody and petulant as Leon Knight whenever I've watched him, never looks like he can be bothered! Both him and Drogba came from the french league where they had scored goals and neither have really cut it in the premiership for me, be interesting to see what a Liverpool season ticket holder thinks of him.

Ive seen him play at Anfied a few times over the last few seasons, as for looking 'not bothered' you couldn't be further from the truth !!!

The Liverpool fans love him, I remember a game last season when he came out with red hair, the Kop went f***ing mental for him ..

I have read that his replacement in the French squad will either be Anelka or that Giuly fella that plays at Barcelona.
Now obviously I haven't seen Giuly play very much, but I thought he looked a pretty dangerous player against the gooners in the European Cup Final.

Guily looked quality against the gooners, why was he not in the original french squad?!:shootself
