Well women must agree, the amount of them going in for labiaplasty surgery is on the rise.

They'd be real ladies, as opposed to you, a non real lady.

A tiny percentage of women having a ****ed up enough body image to have labiaplasty doesn't constitute a consensus.

No I'm not a woman, I presume it's some kind of jibe but I cannot work out the meaning.

Nice to hear you go down DR, didn't expect it of you, but ladies appreciate some attention to surrounding areas in the early going.

I don't think we need to be medically qualified to see that there is no comparison between the two, do we? There are definitely medical reasons for one, the other just seems to me to be another way that men in certain cultures assert their dominance over women.

agreed......removal of the foreskin is nothing like female " circumcision" which would be more like having your bell-end cut off....!!

The only acceptable reason for having their boys circumcised came from a man I met who was that rarity of an uncut american. "I'm not having any bitches refuse to suck my son's dick". That said every american lady I got as far as unleashing the old chap on has fellated with enthusiasm.

Oh and the reason you dont get knob cheese is because its constantly being scraped off onto your underwear. Besides any true gentleman will avail himself of the opportunity to run his todger under the tap once it looks like the going is fair.

Less flappy skin bits = beautiful? Best you stay away from real ladies and stick to Barbie.

Besides any flaccid cock and balls does not look pretty. If you're going to have it judged on looks then thats best done when you're sporting a diamond cutter.

I was in hospital recovering from a turps op, and in the bed next to me was a young chap who had a circumcision just before his wedding, (on the wishes of his new bride). He told me he was on his honeymoon whilst in hospital due to the surgeon taking a slice of his helmet, and then stuck it back on without telling him then sent him home. The chap only found out when his dick was hurting and he went back to the hospital in agony on his actual wedding day, and on further inspection by the nurses he said he had a infected wound which needed to be drained off and scrapped out. Needless to say whilst he was telling me his troubles his wife visited him and boy was she a looker, after she had gone he said "that was agony I started to get a lazy lob on". He was only in for a few days then he went home, on leaving he said to me " On one hand I can't wait to see my wife and have a cuddle and on the other hand I know its going to be very painful".
Everybody in the ward including me were pulling all sorts of faces, cringing and holding our private parts in sympathy all through his story.

Where do you stand, out of interest, on parents who get their (very small) children's ears pierced?

Personal opinion, of course, but I can't stand the sight of pierced ears on babies & toddlers. It can't be the safest thing either, but I always wonder how they justify to themselves the act of using what's effectively a staple gun to drive a stud though the earlobe of a one year old.

Same as circumcision for me. The child's body is modified without their consent or medical necessity. I agree with you.

I knew a bloke who had so many piercings in his dong, that he had to have saxophone lessons to show him where to put his fingers to stop him pissing the blokes trousers standing either side of him in the toilets.

Why is it that the vast majority of circumcised men don't see it that way when it comes to the male version?

Maybe because they love the fact it was done?

I'm glad I was done. Don't miss that horrid looking untied sausage look at all.

Most of you grow up to accept your body, modified by others as it is, without any serious psychological effect. But that does not make it right to do that to another person without their consent.

Sadly a mate of mine had a massive set to with his parents when he was older and realised he had been cut without any medical reasons.

He told them it was his body and nobody had the right to mutilate any part of it, only he could give that consent. (I must say being whole, that I agreed with him).

He was an only child and did not speak to his mum and dad for two years.

His problem was that he was convinced men who had their foreskins had more enjoyable sex. Of course, only mature men who were cut as adults can answer that question.

The world's first successful penis transplant has been reported by a surgical team in South Africa.

The 21-year-old recipient, whose identify is being protected, lost his penis in a botched circumcision!
Doctors in Cape Town said the operation was a success and the patient was happy and healthy.
The team said there was extensive discussion about whether the operation, which is not life-saving in the same way as a heart transplant, was ethical.
There have been attempts before, including one in China. Accounts suggested the operation went fine, but the penis was later rejected

I wouldn't want to have someone elses penis transplanted on me, let alone a dead mans one.

WOW... This thread has got WEIRD...

You made me laugh. This thread HAS got weird. Still, I am pleased it has got everyone 'chatting'.

I get the impression that the majority consensus is don't interfere with anyone else BUT, for those that have been cut and have no problem all is well. One day we may see the first law suit against the perpetrator, probably in the US first.

'Son sues parents over his foreskin'
I can see it now.

edited to read 'parents', don't want to be guilty of an 'ism'.
