I mean, the stated appointment of Raine Group is to source a top up of £45M to get the new stand funded. I thought that the US shareholders were worth, or had access to billions. £45M between then is fukk all.

My understanding is that he stiffed Jordan by pulling out of a deal to save the reformed club so was part of an administration resulting in the 2010 phoenix-from-the-flames.
