Every year I think to myself "Crodo has excelled himself with how much shite he's invented this year" then realise he's actually just highlighted exactly what's going to be on

It's that time of year again where Autumn is practically here, nights are drawing in, shops are busying themselves with filling up on stock and the TV companies begin to tease their Xmas schedules.

Early indications are after a covid hit 2020 schedule there are much more of our familiar favourites and new episodes.

So far confirmed have been:

Mrs Brown's Boys (Xmas Day and New Year's Day)
Michael MacIntyre's Festive Wheel
Would I Lie to You? At Christmas
Gino DiCampo's Family Fortunes Christmas Celebrity Special
Celebrity Mastermind
Bradley Walsh's Blankety Blank
The Krypton Factor with Vernon Kay
Question of Yuletide Sport
Cube Xmas Special
Russell Grants Christmas Miracle
Death in Paradise
An LGBTQI+ Christmas with Rylan Clark Neal
EastEnders

Wouldn't bother with any of those.

Channel 4 and Southshore will bring some frosty cheer to screen this Christmas. Hosted by Sue Perkins The Greatest Snowman is a special one-off following a pack of celebrities as they travel to an Alpine resort to compete in an epic snow building competition.

With thousands of tonnes of snow and giant blocks of crystal-clear ice at their disposal, the celebrities will go head to head across three tough rounds that will test both their brain and brawn.

Confirmed celebrities so far include Andi Peters, Mr Motivator, Diane Louise Jordan, Linford Christie and Alex Scott.

Supported by a crew of seasoned sculptors, engineers, and snow builders these stars will have to design and create some of the most extraordinary snow creations ever seen on TV.

Judged by experts, all will risk chilblains as they attempt to carve and construct incredible structures made from snow and ice. The competition will culminate in the ultimate snowy challenge where the famous faces will use all they have learned in each round.

Boxing Day ? Could well be a sporting event . Perhaps highlights of Chris Tavare and Geoff Boycott, batting all day for 100 or so ,to save a test . Or perhaps something less exciting ?

I did hear that there is a booing competition going on at the Amex that evening.

Cheshire Cat

The most curious thing..
Is there anything on the radio?

The one in the year when the TV goes off and stays off. Quite possibly the lowest quality of TV shoved out at this time of year. Avoid at all costs.

Time to dig out some albums I've bought this year and give them a serious listen, whilst consuming an unhealthy degree of beer.

SAUCE?

All I could find were rumours of Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and someone from Bake Off...

No Graham Potter, Ted Kaczynski or George Clinton means I'm OUT.

To be fair, the Mary Poppins film is actually not bad IMHO. The rest can get in the ****ing sea.
