By an 'exciting signing' do you mean 'a signing'?
I don't really see what's exciting about it, that's not a slight on him, we've had plenty of run of the mill signings who go on to be excellent players for us. Hopefully he does. Don't see what's wrong with posting his stats or opinions of other clubs have to do with it, that happens with every signing. If they were more positive that would make it more of an exciting signing (but we've also had 'exciting' signings turn out to be shit).
That's wierd I just spent ages signing him for Albion on FIFA 11 then a few days later the club sign him for real.
I know nothing about him but in Gus we trust.
I'm sure playing in the World Cup was a big thing for him, and it's unusual for someone we sign to have been playing aginst players like Cannavaro and Chiellini a few months ago. But it was for New Zealand, probably the only World Cup side in recent history to include part time players in their squad.A player that has played in the world cup as well as being named a promoted championship sides young player of the year. He's also played premiership football which means WBA must see something in him. Id say its pretty exciting. (he may be crap)
With regards to the stats bear in mind 12 of those 18 apps were off the bench. He has 1 goal from 6 starts in the Championship.

and 18... still we have so many seasoned pros it'll be nice to have a youngster with potential up front..
