Imho that was a bad appointment in the first place..

What a spiteful thing to say. Anyone who knows the history of Martin Ling's battles with mental health problems can have nothing but admiration for his bravery and determination to address them.

He's a good man in an industry that is a frightening place to operate.

Imho that was a bad appointment in the first place..
Sorry if it came across in a bad light but I have full admiration for Martin Ling but think that it was a bad decision by their board to make him No 1. Taking into account his previous problems they should have appointed him in a less stressful role as DOF or similar or even No2 under another No 1.
