I've just checked in 'Barca: A People's Passion' by Jimmy Burns, and although the team was initially formed by a group including several Englishmen, the red cross on a white background is also The Cross of St. Jordi, the patron saint of Catalonia...

So we were both in error :)

Jordi is George.

My brothers just seen loads of Chelsea fans on the train from Brighton, one says he knows Dean Cox, and told some him some interesting information about him.

How true it is I don't know.

1907: That Sir Alex Ferguson, he's funny isn't he? When asked who he'd like to play in the final, he replied: "Neither of them. We should be allowed a bye."

Oh, ok then, no. That is not the Freddie moment I was having.

No Henry and Yaya Toure at centre back? Barcelona might have some problems tonight, mainly because the one thing Chelsea don't want is a football match. If it becomes one, they'll lose it, possibly heavily.

I just want goals really, goals and a cracking game.

Promises to be an absolute treat tonight, I just can't call it.

Here's hoping Chelsea can join Man Utd in the final and continue Englands domination of the premiere club football tournament in the universe.

Err, can't wait!! I shall be watching The Apprentice.
