What a plastic & entitled fanbase.
Loving watching the meltdown of the fans and the club itself from afar.
I find it heartwarming because of the smugness of fans when Boehly was going on his insane spending sprees. Boehly has found a cheat code to FFP, we’re set with the best young players in the world etc.

Everyone but them saw this coming

To be fair, I didn't expect them to perform as poorly on the pitch as they have since he arrived.

How best to define my feelings right now? Oh I know…f***ing LIT WITH SCHADENFREUDE!

I have one v close mate who has been Chelsea since the early 70s. He’s rational and I feel for him. However, for the dozens of other Chelsea fans I know: f***ing suck it up, you morons!!!

I had one Chelsea “mate” who trolled me a few years ago when their academy beat ours 13-0 or something. (@AZ Gull would know!). I think it was in our first season in the Prem. Pathetic bully. It stayed with me and I gave it back week after week last season until he’d had enough and asked what my problem was. I reminded him of his trolling of a few years earlier. He couldn’t even remember it, such was his level of arrogance. This is for him and 1,000s of others.
May they suffer pain and misery for years to come. They deserve it.

Their academy went into the U15 PL Tournament a couple of weekends ago as MASSIVE favourites (they’re still hoovering up talent all over the place), then lost to Bayern M (who incidentally our U15s beat recently in a friendly)

Don’t worry…they will buy our whole squad and back room staff in the summer

Lovely to see this, for once, money not guaranteeing football success.

They might’ve got away with it, Abramovich pumped in unprecedented sums blowing Wenger’s Arsenal out of the water. Whereas now there’s; FFP, P&S, all the big clubs are very switched on in maximising commercial income, TV contracts are vast and a whole load of clubs have got their ducks in a row on structure.

Boehly and Egbali have been almost immaturely reactive, seeing who rivals are moving for, gazumping at silly high fees and wages. Do rival clubs ‘play’ them on transfer business? It’s mandatory to eventually publish sums spent by clubs on agents, their 2022/23 and 2023/24 totals may break records. The Albion, Liverpool and Spurs are examples of clubs with transfers check and balances, whereas it appears to me that these two clueless characters have to 100% rely on the ‘brains trust’ of Winstanley and Laurence Stewart blowing their money.

The low point Chelsea fans are currently experiencing is still at a higher level than most fans will ever get to enjoy. They'll probably be back to competing for tropies and European places in the next couple of seasons. Stinks of entitlement hearing their fans crying on social media

This. They’re ****ed under FFP at the moment…….interesting discussion on the radio yesterday, they apparently have to sell an absolute minimum of £200m worth of HGP to dig themsleves out of the hole they’re in.

oh well.
In a depressed market. With the players themselves having little incentive to move anywhere. With other clubs not overly looking to give them a hand

I have / had a few work colleagues who are Chelsea from toddlers, one, longer than I've ben alive ( that's 30 years if you were wondering 😉) they're all the same . . .like us, ups downs . . .football. . . . Shit happens, both ways.

Having said that . . . Right now, the most important thing is we give them MAXIMUM SHIT AND GRIEF when they visit. They're scum. We want the three points . . . . I doubt it'll be the same atmosphere or score line as last season, but it needs to be. .

And we mock Crystal Palace for thinking they are looked at by other fans to follow. Here we have Chlesea copying their tactic of writing letters acting like a group of their fans are safeguarding a club on the brink of disaster, i.e. whining about things that they wouldn't care about if they were winning (or winning a bit more convincingly).
