In my mind, property sales should be completely separate from any FFP calculations (unless its a sale due to actually moving). But that would be too easy to administer and regulate, wouldn't it
This is its not even a sale, its a transfer between related parties at whatever fictitious value that is deemed needed. After they sell each part to cheat FFP the value of the training ground will suddenly plummet and its transferred back again at nominal value and as if by magic they will have another 5 years to transfer the value again and in the mean time all that will happen is the inter-company balance will go up and down, get written off, whatever they feel like doing because the whole system is corrupt and suited only to the richest clubs who hold all the cards. Its only the easy targets (Forest, Everton) who get the penalties so the FA/PL can say "look we do punish people".

Ohh very interesting.

They're still spending with carefree abandon, so they must think they've got a rabbit to pull out of another hat.

And can the hotel profit get approved? Surely not?

You're right - it looks like they've already committed over £80m, with more to come!

£30m KDH, £29 Estevao Willian (Palmeiras), £19m Kellyman (Villa) and £5m Guiu (Barca). Plus they are apparently about to trigger the £20m release clause for Anselmino at Boca, taking the spend up to £100m?!!

They obviously have something up their sleeve.

Estevao is only joining Chelsea next summer. Does that make a difference in accounting terms? @El Presidente

Wasn’t there something a few weeks ago about them creating 4 plots of land at Cobham, with the intention of transferring them to BlueCo when needed.

Unfortunately the big clubs always find ways to cheat. Often just because it's not exactly illegal doesn't mean it's right. It's just sad to see this. Hope they crossed the line and have to pay for it, in some way.

They’ve seen Citeh kick the can down the road.

Perhaps they’ll now join them in their litigation against the EPL to prove that they have no jurisdiction to impose points deductions?

Wouldn’t suprise me because they are a bunch of cheating kyntz.

I'm not expert but with Chelsea selling all these bits of the empire off to other dodgy parts of the empire, what happens if Todd sells?

Will he sell the squad and part of Stamford bridge and keep the rest. To me this is a short term fix but also classic asset stripping.
