This is its not even a sale, its a transfer between related parties at whatever fictitious value that is deemed needed. After they sell each part to cheat FFP the value of the training ground will suddenly plummet and its transferred back again at nominal value and as if by magic they will have another 5 years to transfer the value again and in the mean time all that will happen is the inter-company balance will go up and down, get written off, whatever they feel like doing because the whole system is corrupt and suited only to the richest clubs who hold all the cards. Its only the easy targets (Forest, Everton) who get the penalties so the FA/PL can say "look we do punish people".In my mind, property sales should be completely separate from any FFP calculations (unless its a sale due to actually moving). But that would be too easy to administer and regulate, wouldn't it
