Correct, and in most cases it's very hard for someone to prove innocence (although there have been cases where the complainant has been proved to have lied). That is wrong, as it's possible that she is a victim, even if he is found not guilty.
No! It would mean there is not proof beyond reasonable doubt that she was raped, it wouldn't actually mean she wasn't.
