as a sheffield united fan i'm gutted to say that Ched Evans will be joining Brighton in early january for around £1.7million. Aparantly we will be signing some norwegian striker on loan called agestien untill the end of the season. Will be really bad to lose Ched and to Brighton as well.Any one heard of agstien

that would be a cracking signing! he's exacly what we need IMO. I take it he means Torbjorn Agdestien our young striker from norway. It would be a good deal for us because agdestein can develop in a good standard of football with a good side attacking where is going to get goal scoring opportunities

after a quick bit of research, looks a promising player with some good stats BUT

facing a trial with allegations of RAPE, banned from North Wales except: "Evans managed to get Caernarfon Crown Court to change the conditions of his bail so that he could visit his parents on Christmas Day under curfew from 9am GMT Christmas day till 10am GMT Boxing Day before returning to Sheffield for training."

I guess Reyes wasn't controversial enough!

Is that just your opinion or do you have any inside info because I would be delighted if we signed those three!

Ched Evans is a good player and I think he would fit into our team well, he is the sort of striker we need and when he was younger he was seen as being very very promising. Would have thought it is unlikely though and I can't see Sheff Utd wanting to replace him with Agdestein, they're serious abut promotion aren't they?! I think their fans would seriously kick off if they did that!

What basis is there to the Livermore rumour? Didn't he play (as a sub) for Spurs last night?
