Sky video showing Liverpool fans outside the gates waiting with tickets and not allowed in. Fans inside telling of terrifying experience with singular queuing system, crushes and poor policing.

Looks like some fans did get in without tickets, but not the main issue.

Perhaps wait for the proper verdict.

But UEFAs initial line is blame shifting. That is clear.

Trouble is the proper verdict won’t be the truth. Numerous examples already tonight of authorities lying and trying to cover up their near calamitous cock up

Now call me picky or whatever, but I get a sense you're not a fan of the red side of Merseyside.

Apologies if I'm wrong.

Where do I mention Liverpool in that post you’ve quoted?

Your assumption rather gives you away.

If they turned up unannounced I'd expect a problem. If given several weeks warning at a major event in a major capital with huge resources and with probably only a tiny proportion of those 30k actually bothering to try to get in I'd expect them to manage it properly.
Anyway, I'm done here. Maybe it will all turn out to be Liverpool fans causing the problems but I'm not going to prejudge a situation based on prejudices.

to use a football cliche, they've made the ref make a decision. you're saying they can foul and its up the ref to see it and respond, if they get it wrong its ref's fault. maybe they shouldnt be fouling in the first place?

Come off it, people just have to read your posts in this thread.

The ones where I point out that Liverpool fans with tickets not getting in is the fault of Liverpool fans without tickets getting in?

Yeah, I stand by that.

Not exactly their first offence either. Hillsborough doesn’t negate Heysal.

There, I’ve said the names you’re all dancing round.

Heysel was not caused by ticketless fans. Quite the opposite.

A large number of neutral tickets, in a section next to and with little segregation from the Liverpool fans, were sold on the black market to Juventus fans.

Hooliganism did the rest.

Oh, and the stadium was a dilapidated death-trap.

So if everyone had found a space and waited for the game to start, what do you think would have happened?

OK, you found one, your eyesight is working. What about the majority of the video footage out there that shows many, many more Liverpool clad fans jumping fences? Or did you somehow not see those?

Have to admit not seen any, can you post?

By “weird Liverpool issues” do you mean “don’t agree with you”?

Why should Brighton fans be nice to Liverpool?
