That’s kind of what I was thinking - isn’t it inherently anti-corporate in what it’s trying to convey?!Is it though? Really?
Chat GPT (I know, I know), says:
"Challenge the establishment" means questioning, opposing, or pushing back against the existing social, political, or cultural systems and power structures. The "establishment" refers to the dominant, traditional, or established institutions, norms, and authority figures within society. When someone "challenges the establishment," they are advocating for change or reform, often by criticizing the status quo or proposing alternatives that may disrupt or shift the balance of power.
Given the way the Albion goes about its business – in a way that has been widely applauded by rival fans and clubs as well as people outside of the football world – I'd say it's pretty spot on. Having SUCH an issue with it is pretty weird. IMO, like.
No idea, does your mother know? What were Abba doing at an Albion game![]()
According to all other football fans in the UK we bend over to everyoneSo you think we should bend over for the likes of Chelsea?
Each to his own![]()
Weirdly enough my sister worked as a reporter at The Mid-Sussex Times at that point and had a pressticket to attend The Dome in ‘74 but was unwell and couldn’t go……..but I was living in Stafford in ‘79 and went to the Bingley Hall concert.Outside of London, Birmingham and Manchester, the only other place they played a concert in England was Stafford. Must have lost a bet or something. Although, having said that, it does look like a large open air concert venue at the time. I wonder if any NSCers went to Eurovision.
Maybe that's the issue, we need a big sign telling them what to do.We should concentrate on finding a way to beat the bottom feeders first otherwise the tag line ain’t gonna work.
But given the Southampton and Wolves results this season, I'd argue that we probably are.I'd settle for "We're not at home to Mr Cockup"![]()
