'Challenge' isn't punk enough. Needs to be 'f*** the establishment'.
I saw this phrase in a photo plastered over the wall behind Tzimas presumably somewhere at the club’s training ground. What an amalgamation of bovine fecal matter.
That is all.
To do is to dareIt's a hell of a lot better than "This means more", the execrable drivel that Liverpool were plastering over their entire infrastructure a couple of years ago.
Bloody hell … I will have been watching BHA for half its existence in 13 years time.
Who needs the establishment? The phrase is not about us at all really. It’s saying look at these big clubs, I wish we were them.'Challenge' isn't punk enough. Needs to be 'f*** the establishment'.
A simple We Are Brighton would be far better. Says it all in three words.
I don’t think it encapsulates the club, I think it’s what the club want people to think of them. Like when we used to go on about being “Premier League ready”.I did the stadium tour a couple of years ago, and there are different phrases EVERYWHERE as part of the decoration!
Just looking through my pictures from the changing room / tunnel area, I can see 'ALWAYS TOGETHER' , 'RIGHT HERE, RIGHT NOW', 'UP THE ALBION', 'WE ARE BRIGHTON, SUPER BRIGHTON', 'SEAGULLS', 'STAND OR FALL'.
It's likely to be exactly the same at the training ground; lots of different phrases which encapsulate the team, club, story, aims etc. 'Challenge the establishment' is obviously a new one, but just one wall mural amongst many. I can't see the big deal.
Yes, that's the next step. To develop that ruthless streak, next year's phrase will be "Imagine a boot stamping on a human face forever", sometimes coupled with " Naff off, you low block nerks".Just imagine if we could do it against the DREGS as well.
"We are Brighton", sounds a bit lame to me. Especially if that is the only phrase written everywhere. It suggests maybe the players are idiots who need reminding what team they are currently employed by.Who needs the establishment? The phrase is not about us at all really. It’s saying look at these big clubs, I wish we were them.
Well, f*** ‘em I say. I don’t want Brighton to be Chelsea or United, if that’s what you want f*** off and support a big club.
A simple We Are Brighton would be far better. Says it all in three words.
Is it though? Really?I saw this phrase in a photo plastered over the wall behind Tzimas presumably somewhere at the club’s training ground. What a load of bullshit.
That is all.
