Asian teams would be Japan (got to think of the TV rights), South Korea, Saudi Arabia (they buy tanks off us), maybe China. Also Australia play in the Asian bit, so they count.

I still feel we are a bit light on European sides. No reason it cannot be like the World Cup used to be, I think 24 teams, with some third place sides going through...
