What do you mean by celebrity restaurant? One where celebrities go or one with a great chef?

Six weeks could well be long enough notice to book the latter. No idea about the former, I tend to avoid.

I once saw Gareth Hunt in the Village Tandoori in Wimbledon. He was pissed and making a complete **** of himself!

Seriously Nancy Lam's -"Enak Enak" 56 Lavender Hill, London, SW11 is a great laugh.

Jamie Olivers is in N1, "Fifteen", it is open I think from 930am- either 9pm or 10pm...not too sure!

Think ypou may need to resevre a place, don't get your hopes up though coz I do know it is VERY busy! Possibly months in advance rather than weeks

:nono:

try on line and have a look...its called "Fifteen!"

Hope this is of use

I met Jimmy White in a Burger King in Thorpe Park when I was 12, I got his signature that he kindly scribbled on the back of his BK reciept.

I still have that reciept to this day.

THE END.

I saw Joan Collins at Le Caprice once. She looked, erm, her age.

15 is rubbish and usually takes longer than 6 weeks to get a good slot. I'd avoid. Gordon Ramsey's original restaurant in Fulham is his best in terms of food, you should be ok for that. If you want something a bit trendy and hip then he has a fairly new one called Maze. Not been myself but for a one off it's supposed to be quite good. Marco P. White has a long list but they are quite formal. Tom Aitkens is probably the best for food. Depends what you are after. Gary Rhodes has a restaurant half way up the old Nat West tower, great for views.

Go to Claridges, Gordon Ramsey's joint.
I think Gordon Ramsey is the only one where he ever still actually cooks, and even that may have changed now he's on telly every five minutes. I saw him there when I went. :dwayne:
