Funnily enough I was thinking of this thread only yesterday. My neighbours have gone on holiday leaving the mother in Law in charge who knocked on our door whilst I was watching CMS miss the target against Forest with the usual call to Jodrell Bank to find out where the ball had gone. She could not let the kids out in the garden as there was a dead Pidgeon there, would I be so kind as to move it? I must have missed the sign above my door which said 'Dead Pidgeon removals here' but being the neighbourly sort our feathered friend found its way via a spade and dog shite scoop into a tesco carrier bag to meet his Pidgeon maker.

As this thread has demonstrated, the green bin is not the place for dead animals. It therefore found its way to the Black bin. Not my bin obviously, but my neighbours bin. Is this the correct place?
