I was there at all those scary games during the 70/80's when I was a young lad up for all the excitement and anything else that went on back then.

Older & wiser (I think) now and I'll just hurl abuse for the 90 mins and hope we thrash 'em but life's bigger than causing actual harm to another. Besides, I have a very good mate who's a Palace fan. I won't take more than a bit of ribbing if we win and I'd expect the same from him, but nothing to fall out over.

Thats a daft request mate, I don't think the chavvy hoodlums or nutters from either team who may be hell bent on trouble, will

A) Read NSC
B) Heed the advice of an anonymous Albion fan in advance
C) Remember such advice when they are pissed up and trouble kicks off.

I am glad football is safer and there is less violence - and like most other fans on here, I would have no part in it.

But its Brighton v Palace and the realist in me says there will be incidents involving a minority of lairy pissed up blokes as there always has been since the 1970's.
