Just to put all this into perspective I lost a friend to cancer yesterday. Tonight's battle on the pitch is nothing compared to that battle he was going through having lost an eye 6 months ago due to where the tumour was. Not once did he mope about things so come the final whistle, win lose or draw, I will be a little more thankful for the fact I'm still alive.

Soprry to hear that. I lost my elder brother to pancreatic cancer 18 months ago and it still hurts like hell.

I now fundraise for Cancer Research, that helps a bit.

I woke up this morning, leapt out of bed like a Ninja, straight to my punchbag and let rip on it thinking of all the pikey scum I`ll be knocking spark out tonight in the name of the mighty Albion.I`d forgotten my curtains were open and when I turned around all my neighbours were leaning out of their windows chanting "Salty! Salty!, Salty!" as I stood there naked, arms aloft.I got myself dressed and tried on my Knuckledusters, sweet, they felt so perfect I knew I could send all the palace scum home bloodied and in pain. With great anticipation I opened my laptop and went on Northstandchat to see how my fellow Seagull brethren were getting ready to put an end to the croydon filth once and for all,but then I read this post from `Return of the Rev` asking us to refrain from any unruly behaviour.Until this point I hadn`t thought of my actions as unruly but this really made me think.Instead of causing trouble I am going to welcome our friends from up the road with open arms.I`ll share a drink with them and even give them botty sex if that`s what it takes to make them feel welcome. So thankyou` Return of the Rev`.Your powerful influence spreads far and wide.

Whats the point,.... the OB will intercept them, check for tickets, if they havn't got any they will be shipped back on the next train North,...... and if they do get into town, the place is going to be chocka with 'geezers' who may not be going to the game, but will be just itching to get into it with some chancers from the smoke,... pointless exercise.
