Calderon is good so long as the oppositions left winger is shit, up against anyone half decent he get's found out. Not convinced about Reyes either.

We go with form, and while Calderon has occasionally struggled against decent wingers this season, he is playing with a bit more confidence recently.
At least once a month, probably more so, we see and love opposition full backs beasted.

KLL or WB have had full backs carded out of the game.
They have needed to be double marked.
Full backs swapped sides.

None of that has ever applied to Calde (as it did Harding et al), but some still perceive him as defensively weak.

45 people on here are wrong.

I like Calderon, I do. He's one of the best full backs we've had in years. Unfortunately he's with us at the same time we have Reyes. It is without question in my mind that Reyes is a better player than Calderon in every respect.
Not as good at bringing 'his' winger into play.

Calde LOVES playing for Brighton and will battle to keep the shirt for the rest of the season, don't see any reason to drop him.
