Calderon or Reyes

Reyes gets the nod for me. Altho Calde has been excellent of late.

Reyes has the extra quality, when we play the top sides it will be needed.

I like Calderon, I do. He's one of the best full backs we've had in years. Unfortunately he's with us at the same time we have Reyes. It is without question in my mind that Reyes is a better player than Calderon in every respect.

The problem with Calderon is that he's great going forward but questions are asked when he needs to defend, and so many times we have seen Bridcutt go over and do the RB's job as Calderon is out of position.

Calderon for me but I think if Reyes was to rediscover his earlier form then it would be a tough choice.

Calderon is definitely more direct and purposeful going forward but still have my heart in my mouth once the oppo's left side come at us. Reyes has been disappointing since his return and making this sort of change right now would surprise me so voted for Calderon.

We go with form, and while Calderon has occasionally struggled against decent wingers this season, he is playing with a bit more confidence recently.

That, and Reyes was a bloody embarrassment against Blackpool, so it's Calderon's shirt to lose, for my money.

As said the centre halfs play wider and LB steps in.

Which is obviously something Gus has trained in order to give Calde the freedom to attack more.

Can't agree. For starters Calderon scores far more goals than Reyes.
