Needs to realise he's at a crossroads - Championship may be too high a level; he needs to score lots of goals - just that. The level is almost immaterial. A year at, for example, Carlisle, Port Vale, Oldham, wherever - with the message drummed into him, 'this is where you'll be in 2 or 3 years if you don't pull your finger out.'

I agree, loan not get rid yet.

I remember the attitude and petulance of the young wayne rooney. Even Grealish had all these issues earleir on which come down to immaturity.
