Option 3
Again opinions, Bart was exposed for all three goals imo. Henderson made some fine saves but none were as close and simple as the ones Bart was exposed to and none were one on ones. We were absolute dog shit in defence and Palace were imperious imoFirst, he has to attack, bounced in his 6 yard box, nowhere near strong enough.
Second, good cross but his positioning for a floated cross was not great.
Think Steele would have got hammered today, apparently this was also picked up on TV I’ve been told.
Apparently beating a crap ten man Leicester side made up for all of thatIs there Graham Potter who only won one home game in a calendar year?
Will have to agree to disagree.Again opinions, Bart was exposed for all three goals imo. Henderson made some fine saves but none were as close and simple as the ones Bart was exposed to and none were one on ones.
I’ve heard Dale Stephens, Davy Propper, Jahanbakhsh and DJ Jurgen have actual Potter shrines at their homes where they regularly give thanks for their stellar post Brighton careers.Obviously the wet dream for Tony Bloom & co.
You give young talented players to Potter and the majority end up being sold for big money a year or two later. Was the case in Östersund, Swansea and Brighton. Also not much internal conflict or media buzz, just safe and steady improvement day by day.
The club would absolutely want to have Potter, his stability, reliability and willingness to work under a model like ours.
But I don't think it will happen. They don't want to pick someone who would make the fans upset. Its better to go with the second best option.
He also needs a defence who protect him, not leave him against a striker with a clear run on goal! Will have to agree to disagree.
Bart’s biggest weakness is aerially, Palace sussed that and pressured him under th bar on corners, lots of crosses…..
Expect the same next weak.
He needs to be stronger and attack the ball wherever possible.
Yes, hence the Duffy comment, neither Dunk or JPvH helped him.He also needs a defence who protect him
And how many of those would be first choice in an FH team?I’ve heard Dale Stephens, Davy Propper, Jahanbakhsh and DJ Jurgen have actual Potter shrines at their homes where they regularly give thanks for their stellar post Brighton careers.
100% this. Two years to turn round the style of play, followed by our first top ten finish and left de Zerbi with an open goal for 6th place and the Europa League, which, TBF, he grabbed with both hands.Edit - Potter did finish strongly and without his work RdZ would not have been able to take it further
Well, Dale Stephens has been quite outspoken in his admiration for Potter.I’ve heard Dale Stephens, Davy Propper, Jahanbakhsh and DJ Jurgen have actual Potter shrines at their homes where they regularly give thanks for their stellar post Brighton careers.
I'm afraid it's f*** Off.I have my tin hat at the ready…but he is a much better manager than FH is at the moment imo
Available too
Will have to agree to disagree.

Edit
Henderson made one great save.
The Dunk one is a miss as bad as Adingra at Fulham, the last one fairly routine.
Fair enough, f*** off is the logical go to I accept but let’s not claim I have suggested that he is our worst ever manager, maybe our worst ever PL manager though, certainly the most naive. He’s very young, don’t you know.I'm afraid it's f*** Off.
Still, there are a couple of pea-brains who are clamouring for the return of the Tories NOW! on the politics threads.
Apparently Fab is the worst manager Brighton have had in 50 years.
There isn't even anything to eat at half time, if you are a farmer.
It. Is. A. Disgrace.
You’re so pathetically kneejerk, like so many other entitled ‘fans’. We’re on a bad run at the moment, agreed. A few weeks ago we were on a good run, with victories against Man City, Newcastle, Bournemouth etc. It happens. It’s football. You know it’s ridiculous to blame the coach for all that happens on the pitch, and you know it’s ridiculous to change the coach every time a team has a bad spell (usually several times a season). The answer idea to solve the problem and continue to improve. Don’t panic at every bump in the road. Look at the bigger picture.Did you not go to games before he shat on us?
We looked like a quality side, we now look an absolute shambles, even when we’re winning
I don’t need a lecture from a johnny come lately, but thanks for your input. You’re so pathetically kneejerk, like so many other entitled ‘fans’. We’re on a bad run at the moment, agreed.
