Well done the boys and management team you all kept your focus so well, now start believing we are at top 6 side because we are and you will get us out to safety.

Can I make a complaint please.

It's all very well posting "Yesssss!!!!", but for those of us not at the game and trying to use NSC to keep in touch with what is happening it means not a lot.

Could we have "Yessss!!! Forster scores" or "Yessss!!! Final whistle".

Thank you.

The sight is so slow sometimes,if you typed the full goal story we would have a new manager by the time it got posted. Yes, Goal, Getin, with or without added letters, means someone has scored for the Albion. Shit, bugger sodit etc. means the opposing team has scored. Scorer or other news will arrive several posts later.

Why didn't they do that tuesday night?! Show that spirit and that determination. Bloody good result though, bodes so well for the future. Sod Brooker and White though, they should now leave the club on a high!

Only the 3rd away side to win at the New Den and the other two were MK Dons and Scunthorpe so a cracking result!

Sometimes the post doesn't hit the screen for 2 or 3 minutes if anymore than 6 people are trying to post at the same time

Had my son rolling on the floor with laughter, when I showed him how long it was taking to get through.

yes can also mean:
saved penalty!
full time!
key opponent player subbed/sent off!

Goal! can be
conceded
scored

It doesn't take much longer to type "Yes we scored!" instead of "Yessssssss"

Takes less time to write "ft" than it does to type "yes" or "get in"

So what if it takes a few minutes for your post to go up? Are you really so desperate to be the first to post a message celebrating a goal/win/etc.

Having said that, this thread is probably not the best place to use to to follow the match.

A lot of us are listening to the commentary and trying to post info as we hear it to benefit those without access to the radio/internet.

Here we go cyclical... why post just 'yes' instead of 'we scored' etc. if you're posting for the benefit of people without access to the radio, since it doesn't help them?

The important bits are the goals. As I said the descriptive bits, who scored etc. are added as things cool down. Yes, it is important to be first to post. :smokin:

My original point entirely. I'm in Athens at the moment. The BBC Sports videprinter is so slow I rely on NSC to keep me up to date ... so your help would be appreciated.

Tried getting SCR commentary on my laptop, but got the bloody Guilford one with some Micky Mouse game commentary.

Not a great performance but the defence deserves a LOT of credit for that

I try and post the necessary info but sometimes get carried away , us scoring a winning goal is a rarity. :)

Difficult one this, as we, the people with the commentary are also talking to each other and when there is a goal we are doing the internet equivalent of jumping up and down and clapping our hands. Still will try to do better and be more descriptive on Tuesday night.

This isn't really a commentary service, as has been stated above the reactions to a goal or something in our favour tends to be a yyyyyyyyyyeeeeeeeessssss or something similar. It is annoying, I have been without commentary at times, but I don't think you will be able to change peoples reactions to scoring a goal/winning a game....

There's always Seagulls World if you're that keen.

I listen to the commentary too, I was arguing Goldstone's case because people seemed to not be getting it.

I often don't post the moments of the game because I get annoyed when there's 6 or seven posts in a row all saying the same thing, but I suffer them to enjoy the community while listening.

good point
one thing to say here those listening to the SCR locally are getting their commentary a good 10/20 seconds before some of us listening on the PC the goal yesterday came up on the thread 20 seconds before I heard it on the PC.

maybe just goallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll
rather than yessssssssssssssss
