Bit of a bad tempered game at times, the Horsham keeper has a long kick. I've just noticed that the Horsham gk coach is an old mate from junior school.

Just realised that was one of our old boys who was playing at no.9 and giving our defenders a bit of grief!

I think........Shamir Goodwin in most of his time with us, was he not?
Yep - plus Reece Myles-Meekums, Danny Barker and Harvey Sparks are all former Albion academy players.

There is just no urgency from the team , have failed to create one decent chance , it no way resembles the team before Christmas, which was a very good team , with pace , skill ,played with intensity, this team now is pretty poor , have watched two halves in the past couple of weeks , seen them create one chance

Young. And a bit naive - maybe a bit confused by the message coming down from the top. Fannying around at the back full de Zerbi style, but then very sensibly Hurzeler style getting it clear when the press is getting too serious. Long balls not well targetted though - and when the ball is upfield the wingers are reluctant, Potter style, to ping a ball across the area of uncertainty, even though players are making an effort to get there (but without any conviction that the required ball might be coming across).
Is Knight auditioning for that de Zerbi role where a midfielder drops into the middle of the back three? He gets everywhere, always available, strong player, but only ever seems to pass backwards (or pass short if trying anything else).
Oh well, second best tonight - older and wiser and better next season perhaps?

Now 1 win in 11 matches.

Sitting tenth in PL2, the question is can they hang on to make the play-offs? (Need to finish in the top 16).

Only 2 games left this season (plus play-offs, if they make it).
