As an aside, I had an electrician round today, at my flat in Manchester.

He heard my accent, and asked why I moved up north. Asked if I was a United fan, loaded question as he was a City fan, clearly wanted to imply I was a southern glory hunter.

Told him I've been a Brighton fan since we were in Division 3, and asked him about City's fine season.

Then he whacked my washing machine about a few times and left.

Not sure how a City fan would manage to have this perception of moral superiority to be honest.
