Nice one; I do admire self-deprecating humour. Fair play to you, I’d have kept my head down.

Was okay in first half but when his team needed him he went missing. If I was a Spurs fan I’d be angry.

That was a lovely game. Maybe not so much at half-time* but that second half was glorious. I almost didn't spend the last ten minutes thinking they'd equalise. I didn't even mind waiting in the rain in the queue for the train. Just beautiful.

*Sparing a thought for the two sitting in front of us who left at half time. Maybe they had a good reason....

He scored and was very good first half ...all their players were rubbish second half. Been very good this season. Ask any spurs fan

Minteh and Rutter particularly were superb , like Carlos they get better each game , but our lads really showed guts and will in the 2nd half . We will hear a lot about how Spurs just didn`t show up 2nd half , but that is disingenuous - WE WERE PURE FIGHT and thoroughly deserved to win .
Good to hear and hoping all three thrive under FH even if it means their eventual moves. Gotta love more post match Baleba whistling as well!

I’m all for giving the new guy time, although I’m not convinced yet, but it baffles me that we offered RDZ no support in January yet spent £200m on players for the new guy who don’t seem intended to improve our first 11.

You can't buy many top players in January and RDZ didn't seem happy with our recruitment system, wanting us to buy shit players he thought were good.

Rutter showed tremendous determination to create the 3rd goal. My favourite of the day!
There is absolutely no way we should have scored that.

I scared the cat. And Mrs Bodian. Partly because there was no anticipatory build up along the lines of 'go on' or anything of that nature. Completely unexpected.

This game will be a goldmine for the club.

It's not many games that you play so ineffectively, and then correct the mistakes to turn it around like we did.

I hope Fab and his team will be crawling all over the video of this game. What did we do wrong? What did we do right? What lessons can we learn? What issues did we identify?

One of the main criticisms of Rutter by Leeds fans was him giving the ball away (today that lead to a goal).

If he can be coached/encouraged to only take risks further up the pitch he could be a really effective player for us.
My thoughts exactly. The Leeds fans are correct (that's not something I write very often).

Rutter is far more effective further up the pitch, precisely for that reason - the risk of him losing the ball is lower.

He lost the ball in a dangerous area: result, a goal for Spurs.
