Caicedo is the one. He’s proven he can do it against some of the best teams in the world. Give the kid a ****ing go, please Potter.

F***ing hell, I never realised how depressing it is being on the match thread when a home game is on. I am so glad I renewed my season ticket and promise not to get Covid again and miss a match next season.

It does explain one or two posters on here :albion2::albion2::albion2:

You enjoy the 3 home wins all season enjoy the 10 goals at home all season and the predictable boring football . Some of us want to see wins and goals shocking that !!!

Not there and no access to steam. For those that are there - or have pictures - what would be a reasonable estimate of percentage of seats taken?

Difficult to accurately gauge, but from the view on the box there's maybe 75-80% attendance.

Plenty of blue clusters of seats that haven't been taken up for one reason or another.

Either way, it's fair to say they're not missing much.

This simply isn’t working

Time to blood some of the new generation

Sariemento for March

Lamptey for Trossard

Let’s at least have some options

I highly doubt we will see Sarmiento. I’d love to be proved wrong.

Trossard, Mac Allister and Maupay all need dropping.

Something needs to change in this squad, start giving the fringe players a bash because this lot are so ****ing boring to watch and create nothing.
Spurs have been properly shit and are still beating us. Give caicedo, mwepu and sarmiento a run out, what's the worst that can happen?

This is bang on. Another insipid performance from the usual suspects. Spurs have been rubbish but can’t see where a goal or a shot is coming from. How bad must Caicedo be if he can’t get a game in front of some of this dross.

All so depressing. Commentators discussing the empty stadium as much as the game. This team just looks clueless. Something isn’t right here, all the structure of the team has gone.

Yes, we look disjointed - our (usually) neat passing has deteriorated, we look a little lethargic, no one seems to want to take a shot - our confidence has gone, but I have no idea why.

As I've said so many times on this board over the past five years, the club needs to invest in a decent quality striker or two. Nothing less will do. Undav will only be good enough I'm afraid to be a backup striker.

Worked well for Bielsa and Leeds, I’d rather have a long-term strategy and build something for the future.

Happy St Patricks eve - good things come to those who wait

Half time we could have been 0-3 down, Brighton very slow lacking confidence going forward and some right muck ups at the back, can only hope for a better second half, the number of empty seats must be a wake up call to the Albion unless they just don’t care
