As you say Banj, it’s predictable, and so predictable that even Norwich (who were awful) can set up against us.

We can moan about the quality of players, but these were the same players showing Chelsea how to play football in January. They need to be given some different instructions.

This is what I don’t get.

I went to both the Chelsea and Man U games and we were really good in both.

What has happened I don’t know but it seems to go back to the Burnley game when we were played off the park.

We just haven’t recovered from that and miss Webster and Burn massively - maybe not today from a defending point of view but it seems to be their presence as much as anything.

And Dunk’s mistake in the second half would’ve been punished by a better side.

hmmmmm................how does one play this poorly and still act well enough to convince fans that they are trying.

THIS. Webster gave the defence (Dunk) confidence and Burn I think was a big character in the dressing room who with a lower base line in ability gave the team 100% and became almost a talisman for the players - I think that's what Potter eluded to when he said "people who don't know what Dan Burn brings no nothing about football" which at the time made a lot of us scratch our heads in wonder.

Another striker? Who have we had in our squad who that is true about? Murray for a season and a half but then it looked like he would never score again for us. Who else? We’ve had a few other strikers on the books during that time. Is Welbeck looking that guy?

Binning Maupay off the squad would be a crazy move, no matter who we signed
