Chris, you’re a nice guy, and we will always love you for what you’ve done for us in the last 3 seasons, but now, please go. You’re no longer any use.

I don't love him.
He was bought in to do a job and paid well for doing it.
But not good enough to take us any further, so not that good.
This should have been realised by Christmas and he should have been marched down the road.
This is as much Tony's fault as anyone.
Hughtons pre match interview nearly woke him up, I had a bad feeling after that, and so far I am right, but hope to be proved wrong.
At least it's 0-1, 2 and this game is dead.

I’ll take relegation if it gets rid of Hughton now, the most negative shit football I have seen from a Brighton team since I started going in 1975. I don’t ever recall seeing so little effort and so much hiding from players

Absolutely fuming with that first half performance.

Ladies and Gentlemen, we have just reached 'Peak Hughton.'

The Talksport radio commentary makes us sound so poor, sitting ultra deep, allowing Newcastle to boss the game, nowhere near creating a chance. What the hell has happened to us? We beat Man U easily, we were great at Palace ... I just don't understand it:down:

We’ll find out hopefully if our owner has got any balls.

The Hypia debacle tells me maybe not

The players need to take matters into their own hands and ignore instructions. They simply cannot start the second half all dropping off behind the ball.

We are rapidly becoming a club that all neutrals want to see relegated. It’s anti football and not good enough.

Something has gone seriously, seriously wrong at the club. There has quite clearly been some kind of seismic event between staff and players, players and players, staff and staff...somebody, because this is the most gutless period of football i've ever seen at this club (i understand the level we are playing at, this isn't about ability, it's about effort).

the word that fits best is "pathetic"........

When I heard we were 442 I would’ve bet my mortgage on it being March and Knocky. Baffled.

Just want to say now, if we get anything out of this I will not change my view.

I think we should demand a draw at the very least. We shouldn’t have to suffer much more of this shite

That would mean scoring a goal, we don't do that now remember?

We can play “Chris’s post-match interview” bingo.

“Newcastle are a well-organised side”
“I thought we started well, and were unlucky to concede early on”
“Newcastle have a lot of quality”
“We showed a lot of character, and deserved a point”
“The players are disappointed, but we’ll now look for a response next week”
“People need to understand the level at which a team like us are at”
‘We’ve still got two more games to turn it around”

Etc, etc.

You missed
“These are a good side”
“Not at our levels”
“Moments of quality”
“Sides at our level”
He must bore himself let alone the team
