which of course was pretty pointless given that nantes showed the match on youtube. and i would completely disagree with your first statement

If this match had, less obscure, live TV coverage by the Albion, that would have had a far greater effect on ticket sales.

That is correct but those that cant get to games and pay a subscription to Seagulls TV have been shafted by the club as they continually sold subscriptions on the basis that ALL friendly games will be shown, that is what annoys me THEY SHOULD TELL THE TRUTH NOT CON SUPPORTERS.

Show me where it said that ALL friendly games will be shown.

Not many who could have attended would have adopted my attitude and chosen not to attend and I only didnt attend because I disagree with supporters paying to attend friendly (training) matches. Had I been told it wasnt being shown on TV I still wouldnt have attended but I am not sure if I would have taken out a months subscription for Seagulls TV.

Whilst it would be nice for Brighton to broadcast the matches for free, they aren’t obliged to. The Nantes stream was there for the convenience of their fans, not us.

It wasnt free it needed a Seaguls TV subscription. If they werent going to show it dont sell the subscriptions on the basis that they are.

Clubs have charged for pre season friendlies as far back as I can remember. I can't recall anyone taking issue with it when Spurs, Chelsea and Atletico visited.

wait, so you're saying you dont attend friendlies because you object to pay for them, yet you bought a subscription on the basis it covered that same friendly? :dunce:

Knockaert was running around like a maniac from the off.......looks to be playing for his place and doing a pretty good job. March was good defensively but dire going forward. Stephens was excellent and whilst not much time to judge, Bissouma looks good. Bernardo looks a potentially better LB than Bong. Ali J looked lively enough in the few mins he had.

Andone was sat in front of us in the East stand with his Mrs.........

"We're the right side we're the right side we're the right side Brighton boys, we're the left side we're the left side we're the left side Brighton boys", all coming through my right headphone.

Two Spanish blokes to my left in ESL were impressed by that with the North Stand standing up and arms wide. They videoed it.

Nowhere did it say that the preseason friendly at the Amex was going to be shown on Seagulls TV. You got it wrong.

I thought Solly did alright going forward, tbh. AJ did get one good tackle in, but we lost our attacking shape when Knocky went off. Propper had a good game.

Knocky kicked the ball at a lady/child in the front row of B block ESL by accident, and was apologising profusely. The linesman went over to see if they were ok too.
After the game, Knocky came over to apologise again and gave his shirt to the person.

I saw him repeatedly apologising........but daft as he kicked the ball after the whistle had gone anyway......

Solly’s final ball was crap, several terrible crosses. He also seems to lack the confidence to take on the defender which is a real shame because we know he can do it.

Yet, I saw him do exactly that because the crowd cheered when he did it.
