As for the team, who knows? I expect it will be very close to the team that will start at Watford, but will also be very similar to the team that ended last season. I don't expect many of the new signings to start - one or two at most, I would guess.

I don’t have a seagulls tv subscription, but the club wouldn’t mislead you on what they offered in their services. Nantes had their own reasons for broadcasting the match online, Brighton might have felt what they offered was enough.

I actually listened to the game, with no interruptions, on Seagulls TV tonight.
I'm totally amazed at this phenomenon, I'll wait until the Watford game to see if it lasts!

Two things I learned from watching the stream tonight:
1). The new kit is shite - from the back it looks almost like plain white, a la Leeds;
2). Te new kit is shite - from the front it looks like a slightly bluer version of the kit that saw WBA relegated last season.

Enjoyed the game last night, was good to be back. Favourite moment has to be Bissouma brilliantly controlling a high ball with his chest in midfield & then beating three players with a driving run before being fouled.
Looks a very promising player, strong, agile, great technique with an ambition to get forward.

I was ridiculed for this view when it was released.

Having attended last evening, it is WBA but with a lighter stripe.

Played better than WBA though. The new blond winger looked good.

Knockaert was running around like a maniac from the off.......looks to be playing for his place and doing a pretty good job. March was good defensively but dire going forward. Stephens was excellent and whilst not much time to judge, Bissouma looks good. Bernardo looks a potentially better LB than Bong. Ali J looked lively enough in the few mins he had.

Andone was sat in front of us in the East stand with his Mrs.........

Knockhaert is pure quality probably my all time favourite Albion player a joy to watch when he's on it.
