I'm not refusing to acknowledge at all. Sometimes injuries, the quality of the squad etc force Hughton's hand - thus the 5 starters v Man City as you point out.
Sometimes he eases them in (Scheletto, Izquierdo although he started pretty early on) or not (Locadia).
And sometimes he doesn't. Its just he prefers the player and straight in they go replacing first teamers - eg: Duffy, Knockaert, Murray.
I'm just questioning the assumption by some posters that "easing them in" is what Hughton does, only does and always does and thus don't expect Bissouma, Alireza, Bernardo, Andone etc to start v Watford or indeed tonight.
