I've never really got this about coaching....

How hard would it be, and how much would it cost, to get a specialist coach in once a week to work on set pieces?
Same with finishing, or passing, or whatever. I've never really understood why it's so hard for any team to go...
"we are struggling with out set pieces"
"so and so, the ex defender, is shit hot at this stuff, worked with him on the fifa training course"
"right lets get him in for set piece coaching".
