Thanks. I didn't see Raul's 'celebration' - a Brighton mate I was just in the pub with said it looked like he was going to do a somersault and pulled out - maybe remembering his skull fracture.

This group of players have a better bond with each other and Silva than virtually any in my life - maybe only Roy Hodgson and Micky Adams surpassed it, so I respectfully disagree with you on that.

Albion had to beat us at some point in the Prem - I almost wish it'd been more of a battering rather than in the way it happened today with a soft pen.
Not so long ago Fulham were up there with Villa for life-threatening fake injury episodes when parking their bus.
None of that today so I'll let them off.
I’m going to respectfully disagree HWT. The stupid goal celebration, the corner shenanigans with the one with the shit hair, the constant cynical fouls around the halfway line. All infuriating.

But they are also strong, organised, together and skilful. Another club pulling above its weight. There are a few of us now doing it in different ways.

At least two of those should’ve been yellows, for stopping a great counter attack. One on Baleba from memory.

I thought that was kind of a mandatory officials interpretation a couple of seasons back?

From our end, the ref seemed soft on your fouls and ridiculous playacting, but I suppose that's only to be expected!

Bit from my end - refused to book anyone for very obvious yellows. Best thing he did was give the soft pen. I remember Fulham last season here and away wasting time like anything and the ref falling for it - so we deserved the run of the green for me.

Not sure on play acting when we didn’t score top the last kick… 🤷🏻‍♂️

Soccer Saturday pundits and Mike Dean said it was a definite penalty.
I've just watched it again. In my opinion he dived. My reaction at the time from watching it above in the West Upper was the ref won't give that. I was wrong.

He was the first ref I’ve seen in a while who largely didn’t fall for non fouls cheating, a rarity in the PL! Fulham really upped the ante in the last 25 minutes in attempting to con him. For that olde ploy of running the clock down and killing opponents momentum.

We’re not the only fanbase to bemoan this. I glanced at Friends of Fulham when Emery’s Villa beat you. Aside from the black n white graphics, I could’ve been in nsc with the vitriol towards the ref, Emery, Cash, Martinez, McGinn for being cheats.

Yes, the first part of the dictionary definition.
