The usual suspects slavering in anticipation at getting to shout Potter out.

On another night we could have won that 3/4 nil and would be purring at some of the football.

That move to open up towards the end was exquisite but as always we can’t score.

The manager is delivering, football that opens up the opposition but the players are letting him down and frankly Bloom is letting him down by giving him that one striker we need.

What a load of garbage. How long can the Potter in brigade keep peddling this "on another night we would win..." rubbish. He's had loads of "other nights" too many, he's out of his depth and so are we with him at the helm! On behalf of the majority of Brighton fans: WAKE UP

But week in week out it is the same thing. Played well. How didn't we score?

But we didn't score.

After a while it stops being just plain bad luck and it starts to become, well systematic.

Change the system.

Change the system that creates loads of chances? Why?

Well said bud.

They are the loudest, but they are the minority. Have to remember that.

And Isn’t it interesting how unpleasant some of them are too? I know who I’d rather have a beer with.

The system is creating more than enough chances. The players are missing them. You could say bring on different strikers, but those on the bench are even less likely to score than those on the pitch.

You could say change the way we play then?

Oh please, surprised we didn't see Connolly but you really think for a second that Tau or Zeqiri would have improved things?

Tau has shown he has more pace, will run at defenders. Shooting ability, not sure. But let's be honest, he can't be worse than Maupay currently is.

Some lovely football from us tonight. Shame some are so short sighted.

Lovely football yes but some would like to see us actually, you know, win a few more games.

Pretty football means jack shit if you end up getting relegated ffs

How are we being short sighted? It's been the same since the beginning of last season, especially so since 2020

At every chance we have, time stands still for me. I think “this is another one...will we score”, and ‘no’ has been the answer all night.

So frustrating.

I used to be on the edge of my seat when a chance fell to us. Now I sometimes don't even take my head out of the oven.

We still have the worst home record out of 92 clubs in the league.

Even the inept useless Potter can’t make us any worse

Any worse. What sad entitlement.

Did you see those loses against the likes of Cardiff & Bournemouth under Hughton? You haven’t lived. Have a word with yourself.

Change the system??? We created 10 clear cut chances and the players on the pitch can't finish them...the system isn't the problem...sticking it in the net is the problem.

Every statistic says we create chance after chance and fluff them...you saw it tonight with your own eyes. We need a clinical finisher and we don't have one. We also aren't likely to sign one with the accounts we published...

So accept that we don't now have Murray to finish off the attacks, there isn't a simple solution

What do you think the system is?

It's formation; it's coaching; it's recruitment. Change it.

I'm afraid that a consistent set of results tells you that the 'system' isn't working.

Hamilton - I agree with your points. But I felt we had a 4-6 game slump and are at least back to playing well and not scoring. Lots to work on - mainly finishing and mainly Trossard?! But it was decent performance again - I’m listening to the pundits and they all agree with me no?
