Can we sell Solly to West Ham please so he can take them down !
Maupay and connelly only show up to miss the easy shots.
Alzate needs to maybe look up before passing the ball
Apart from that we were the better team and would love 10 lamptey’s to play
Ohh and can Ryan practise saving a penalty please
Bring on Newcastle Sunday before the mighty Man Utd

Well I’m feeling completely bloody fed up about tonight. There’s been stuff going on that’s kept me from watching much of the match. We looked pretty decent for the little I saw up to half time and yet all I get is alerts saying we’re losing more.

I’ll watch the extended highlights later but should I be angry/bothered/worried?

How did you feel about last season;

entertained, lifted, excited by the football and accepting of the results? Then nah. It was more of the same, lots of dominant possession, lots of chances created, on another day we'd have won that. We're gonna give someone a good hiding soon!

angry/bothered/worried? Yeah. It's still the same. We have all this pretty possession and screw it up in the final third. We need too many chances to get a goal, while not being strong enough to keep them out. We shoot ourselves in the foot and gift opposition the lead, making it even more difficult to win when we don't have a killer instinct in front of goal.

Lots more to be positive than negative generally

Maupay and Dunk had chances. We had more really chances than they did. A lot of damage is being caused by silly mistakes playing out. We’re not going to stop doing it so I just wish they’re get the hang of it.

Having watched most of this weekends games, I am really sure we’ll do well This season. Thoroughly enjoyed how we played. Really unlucky today - lost to a penalty, worldy and a deflection

So a few positives tonight lampty dunk and white looked quality, alzate despite the error did fine as did biss. we kept going to the end but just do not have the all round quality that the top 6 moneybags teams have. Shame lallana picked up an injury.

If west ham want to pay good money for solly let him go, for me he never delivers, just my view. We keep saying other teams have all the luck and we were the better team, once in a while I can see that but it appears every game we give senseless goals away we can't keep doing that.

That's the question I have right now, did we play better than last season and, is our Squad better now than it was last season?
I'm unsure, on both parts.

We played better and worse than that last season. Still need to get forward quicker and with more zip, soon as Chelsea got the 2 banks of 4 behind ball, attack is as good as over.

March isn't a LWB, Lamptey is an awesome RWB.

Hopefully we can find a cutting edge to play winning football, rather than just pretty football.
