A Chelsea director won the £1000 raffle prize in 1901 today, and promptly gave the money to AITC.

I would still put Connolly on alongside Maupay. It’s our best percentage chance of a goal, no point losing this 1-0, sacrifice one of Biss or Alzate
Cheers Graham

Funny the game people see isn’t it. Alzate was our weakest player for 30 minutes and Propper one of our best considering he had no players to pass to for a large portion of the half. And Maupay has been excellent? When did that happen?

Yep, I saw it different from you. I thought Propper was pants but got better, Bissouma not so good........off for Connolly

Potter for a brain dead formation? Obviously

Potter went pragmatic against Bmuff = win, decent defence overall and we were the best team.

Potter goes all experimental against a Chelski team that’s lost so many times in 5 months = Fat Frank can’t believe his luck.

Alzate is great defensively and almost never loses the ball. Propper... is a dividing player. When there's a good attack, there's almost always a clever pass from him involved, but when the opposition gets into dangerous attacks, you can be equally certain Propper gave it away. Today it's been too much of the latter.

Maupay is almost always excellent. His movement and hold up play.. dirty. Their centre backs hate him.

A fair summary.

Which won’t be universally popular, Propper’s seen as having the Dutch attributes of a Johan Cruyff.

Game has opened up either they score or we will soon, I’d probably take that

The final third is poor because a high cross in to the box for our elf size strikers is pretty much a waste of time. The only option is really to play it low into the box.
