Should be 4-0 probably. They've touched the ball twice and scored twice. Must've been getting on for 80% posession that. Only ourselves to blame if we don't win this.

This is my thoughts too. Light years ahead them in terms of creating chances, but two mistakes from us they have fully capitalised on.

Only real problem is that you looked a bit disoriented & out of position when having to defend at times (e.g. the two goals), but you seemed to have improved on it late in the half. Welbeck doesn't always have the greatest first touch that your style requires but he's looking sharper than the other few times I saw him play. Interesting use of long balls, especially earlier on. It shows good flexibility in approach by RDZ (as I don't think it was a completely autonomous players' decision.)

The fundamental approach to having two or more counts against a defendant are that the alleged offences must be:

• Founded on the same facts; or
• form or are part of a series of offences of the same or a similar character.

For example, a defendant who is charged with a series of burglaries (one burglary per month committed over a period of one year) could face an indictment containing 12 counts of burglary, since these form a series of offences of the same or similar character.

If during one of the burglaries the defendant is alleged to have attacked the homeowner, causing him serious injury, a count of GBH could be added to the indictment, since this offence is founded on the same facts as the burglary. Using the example above, there would then be 13 counts on the indictment, 12 of burglary and one of GBH.

Another example (as in the indictment below), is a defendant alleged to have been involved in two separate assaults on the same evening. The two counts (one for each assault) are properly joined on a single indictment because they form part of a series of offences of the same or similar character.

Where there is no connection between two offences, it would not be proper to join them on a single indictment. For example, if a defendant faces a count of GBH from January and a wholly unconnected burglary in March, then these offences would not be properly joined because they are neither founded on the same facts, nor form a series of offences of the same or similar character. For this reason, each count should be on a separate indictment, so that each offence is tried separately.

Should be an exciting second half. With Liverpool losing both teams will know what a big opportunity this game represents.

I've seen that backpass not given many many times. He doesn't pick it up they likely score.

Brentford are a really horrible team. Very good at what they do, but very frustrating to play. Very physical, lots of rolling around on the floor, winning free kicks, playing for set pieces and very hard in the tackle. These are exactly the kind of teams we seem to struggle against.

My god, what a first half though. Brentford have barely had any possession, but they look like scoring every time they get the ball in the final third and we look a bit shaky at the back. Made the mistake of getting a seat near the front so every attack from either team looks like a goal when you just see limbs in the box.

Anything could happen in the second half. Hard one to predict.

I think the last time I saw a keeper pick up a back pass was actually Jason Steele in a cup game for us a few years ago !
