Surely as in any 'trial' the statement/plea by the accused is taken at the end of the process. So the FA must have all the evidence they need. They must know which offences they are going to charge him for, whether they are ones he has pleaded guilty to or not. Therefore, if they have concluded their investigation, why are they delaying the findings?No, they're following the law. If they ban him now, they have to disregard the bets he has not pled guilty to. Or do the proper thing, wait and investigate and see if he gets an even longer ban.
