Brooks is doing his job to perfection.

The pen. I’d have been screaming for it if it were t’other way round. That being said, Tariq got a touch on the ball. No pen.
My view from the WSU there was clearly a change of direction towards the West Stand (the opposite direction of travel).the ball doesn’t change its flight though. He barely clips it at most but mainly he kicks Gabriel. I don’t like it but it’s a fairly clear pen tbh
But we wouldn’t have been given that if it was the other way around. We all know that. Can you imagine if it was the other way around and how many of those on here saying it wasn't a penalty would still be saying that.
We have burst through their press beautifully several times. Best I have seen from us for a while. The reffing has been terrible but we can't get through their press well enough and when we do we're not creating chances
Forget the hypothetical. But we wouldn’t have been given that if it was the other way around. We all know that.
Eh? You don’t have to hit the centre of the ball for it to be contact. He got the ball but the Arsenal player then makes the most of the contact and as the ref has given Arsenal virtually every decision this half, why change the habit. He didn't WIN the ball - he barely touched it and it never changed direction. I'm sorry but that's an obvious penalty, much as I wish it wasn't.
Can’t believe anyone seriously thinks that isn’t a penalty. We’d be going absolutely mad if it wasn’t given for us. It’s stonewall. He touched it, it did change direction. No penalty.
Umm no, I am not a professional player with 400 games experience. You would have done better, obviously.
Never a pen. Got a touch on the ball. Can't believe that people arguing that wasn't a pen. Specs so rose tinted they must be opaque
We have, but we lack the dynamism. Baleba and Pedro have that, Moder and Gross slow it down.We have burst through their press beautifully several times. Best I have seen from us for a while.
Expect the same when Man City come to townWe'd be spitting feathers if we were on the other end of the penalty incident so I'm largely ok with it.
Some of the other refereeing decisions have been nothing short of shambolic.
It's going to be one of those games.
