Not written off no. But you don’t have to be a football genius to realise that with games coming think and fast meaning more injuries and us playing a team 5 points clear at the top of the league having more experienced options to help see out or turn a game around is clearly and obviously preferable to a bench with almost literally no first team starts (Veltman aside)
.........or some exciting youngsters to come on and turn a game round. Youngsters have made an impact before, coming on and playing with no fear.

The team is obviously weaker without Mac, Caicedo and the two W's, but I prefer to think of the bench as excitng rather than weak. Would be great to see Ferguson getting some game time, Sarmiento too (or any of the others if RDZ thinks it's the right time and place).

Kind of a light team here but RDZ doesn’t have many options, totally behind them and hope they do well.

Massive night for Gilmour, I kind of wish RDZ had given him a bit more playing time before chucking him into this one. Still, it was always going to be a tough game, so mainly I hope it’s competitive and everyone plays well.

Very surprised to see Veltman on the bench but you never know if he picked up a knock or something. Anyway, lets go.

1-1. They score early, Fergie then with a last minute equaliser-bicycleta from 30 meters.
