OK, the parliamentary results are pretty much done and dusted.

But when do the council election results, the ones that probably affect our everyday lives far more, start coming through?

I'm pretty sure they are not counted until Monday, or at lest the results wont be out until Monday.

From the BHCC web site:
"The latest General Election, Brighton & Hove City Council election and Rottingdean Parish election took place on 7 May 2015. The results of the general election are now in and the count for the local elections will be carried out on Saturday 9 May."

Worthing managed to count and publish their local election results today.

So do the national results give any clue to the makeup of the council?Lucas' vote up 10% but Greens barely registered in Hove/Kemptown.

The Conservatives gained 20 plus councils yesterday, a good day at the office I would say, I'm not expecting a Conservative lead council here in Brighton & Hove but anything that isn't Green will be a good day.

One husband and wife team replaced by another.

Somewhat different to the last...

Tom Druit is popular locally (Big Lemon Bus) and Alex is popular too. Can't read anything in it though. That was an expected hold.
