Blimey remainers still moaning about something that hasn't happened yet.

Pathetic.

Not moaning at all, in fact enjoying watching Brexiteers squirm when confronted with the obvious, thanks to their 'pathetic' reasons for voting leave.
Did you vote for a 'no deal' exit from the EU?

You five are like the peoples front for Judea. Life moves on try it. Currently in Gran Canaria with what were some ardent remainers. They have accepted it reluctantly and now want it to be a success, join them

If there's one place I'd expect you to go on holiday, it's there.

I have mentioned earlier in the thread i did not vote due to both sides bullshitting.

On a side note ( not having read all the thread ) what is the obvious?? as far as i can see nothings happened yet.

Always find it amusing how quickly you edit your posts  It's almost as though you say something you suddenly realise is wrong.

As for IT infrastructure - that is already in place for both immigration and import/export functions for countries outside the EU. It's not beyond the whit of man to expand that to cover the EU as well without having to redesign it. Any Solutions Architect worth their salt would have designed a system for expansion. It's not like selling paperclips !

So, are you assuming that we are going WTO 'no deal' and we just ramp up what we do for other countries we have no formal deal with, and then just double all the volumes used in those solutions, because when they were first developed many years ago, the 'solution architects' at the time had already designed for doubling the volumes ? It's just that the years my teams spent beta testing the Government Gateway (a fairly new development) would have tended to indicate otherwise ???

Anyway, I thought you were certain there was going to be a deal. So when do you believe the New Requirements will be known as, in your own words, 'you have no idea what deal will be struck'.

I think that deciding whether it is going to be 'no deal' or 'completely unknown deal' would be a start (albeit not a great one) for designing the solution and deciding whether anything that already exists can be utilised

*edit* And you really shouldn't knock paperclip selling. I know I'm not a successful Property Developer or IT Professional like yourself, but it's been good to me

What's obvious, is this government is going for 'no deal' which I doubt is what most leavers voted for.

I can't see this happening can you? Suicide on both sides.

And if it's British waters the stumbling block just charge the EU for fishing in our waters think Greenland has something similar?

Pathetic.

What is pathetic is the progress made so far..... and the facile belief that it will somehow all come together to our advantage later on with no evidence, just 'belief'.

What part of they have a dead line do you not understand?

Where is your evidence we will get a no/shit deal?

Bloody hell

So are you suggesting an FTA with USA would present no new export trade opportunities versus the existing trade EU arrangement?

are you suggesting there is anything we cant currently export to USA?

seeing alot of straw men being bludgeoned to death here.

Just asking questions that's all

Where is your evidence we will get a good deal? Leaving aside an inferior trading arrangement with the EU, for example what do you expect us to sell to the rest of world we don't already sell now?

So you even bore people to death with your tedious ramblings whilst on holiday.
And then go on NSC to do the same.
You really know how to holiday don't you.
They will be agreeing with you to try and shut you up.
I think that although you won, you are totally obsessed.

I have no evidence but then again i'm not moaning about a deal that hasn't happen yet.

Remainers on here have been moaning about a bad deal when no one knows what deal we have ffs

Pathetic.

I'm not moaning, just merely waiting to be enlightened what the new trade opportunities are, so far nothing, not even to the USA.

Fish are a miniscule fraction of the economy, despite the governments rhetoric. Fish also have the irritating habit of not respecting borders.
The governments proposals have already received a 'you can **** off with that' from the EU.
Its what this government wants, and after announcing a June deadline, they will stick with it or look more stupid than they look already.

I understand you aren't moaning about things that haven't happened yet. Your use of the word "moaning" is quite a giveaway to where you stand ( I know you say you didn't vote). Nevertheless, whatever word you choose to use, things are happening. A lot of things. And a lot of things that don't look good for the U.K are happening.

It's not a case of nothing happens then on December 31st 2020 it all happens, then we can say what we think. Look at the news. There are moves being made every day.

You may not want to think about Brexit. To the extent you claim not to have voted. But some people are interested in what is going on and think it's better to address and discuss these things rather than bury our heads and hope for the best.

It's not moaning, it's commentary. It's not our fault that so far, there has been nothing good to comment on.
