All that believe and blind faith in Alexander Boris de Pfeffel Johnson.........

All that genuine, awestruck, sycophancy at the soundbites, the bluster, the lies, the 'briefings' the 31st October 'deadline' and the lapping up of the meaningless hot air he spoke................and it still didn't work out.

Never mind, I'm sure there'll be someone else to blame.

So, we’re not leaving on Thursday then. Okay, a bit of a re-think needed.

FOR SALE,

350 cases of out of date Pot Noodles, various flavours.

200 cases of bottled water, maybe stagnant

2000 aspirin tablets, one careful owner.

All offers considered.

anyone have a scooby why the SNP/Liberals are suggesting an election on 9th rather than 12th December? what is the practical difference?
(and do they not know elections are always on Thursdays?)

I believe it's because Uni Students are likely to be registered to vote at their Uni residence, and by the 12th they are not likely to be at Uni, and unlikely to have registered to vote at their home residence.

'The draft text of an agreement for the 27 EU ambassadors - seen by the BBC - also included a commitment that the Withdrawal Agreement on the UK's exit from the EU cannot be renegotiated in future.'

So, Labours current strategy of renegotiate WA, then 2nd Ref is in tatters I guess.

I assume their strategy now will have to be second ref, Remain v Johnsons WA, and campaign for Remain (as a Tory WA does not meet their Red lines) .

The EU have to stand firm on that as it will force Parliament to actually make a decision. The deal, no deal or revoke. No more dithering.

I’m assuming the streets have exploded with gammon rage?

No they're currently In Starbucks (obvious choice as they pay no Tax) reading the Express and Mail.
the rage will come tomorrow when they read tomorrows papers and get told what to do.
