I think he needs to step away form his keyboard for a breather. I occasionally read his posts and the ones I’ve read over the last week simply seem to be a torrent of aggression and abuse with very little coherence. Even more than usual.

Yep, you pretend to have me on ignore and pretend to be ignoring me, yet its obvious you dont...........especially when you admit it as such here
Bit expected and boring really.

He is, indeed, a toad. He is one man who could achieve the impossible: making us yearn for the good old days when the Maybot was in charge.

I've been saying all along 'careful what you wish for', even when Terry is at her most exasperating.

But not even then was I thinking we were leaving the door open for Gove, followed by a Gove v Corbyn battle for the country.

There is only one definition of Immigration control and it's Pasta's

There is only one definition of leave and it's Pasta's (even if he won't tell anyone what it is)

Can everyone stop saying differently

Do you not think that for yours, and everyone else's sake, it's about time you had a night off nuts deep in Battlefield 1 with your boys, porn and puff.

You seem so much more relaxed after one of those ???

Aw....Diddums
Still sulking after your WTO bollocks make you look like a right cvnt?

I have a few people on ignore . When they dominate a thread I have a read of their posts so I can make sense of the thread. It’s really very simple. But I have explained that to you several times. I understand that you are the type of poster who uses any argument angainst anyone , no matter how ridiculous and no matter whether you actually believe in it or not.

My point stands; calm down.

In conclusion then the thick as mince Europhiles believe the UK has always been able to control EU migration so deciding to leave the EU using EU migration as a reason makes no sense to them..............even though you cant control EU migration and set visas for entry or quotas on those EU citizens wanting to come here to live and work like normal countries do or like we do on non EU citizens.
Ah they say…..but you could if you pulled your finger out control EU jobseekers months after they have already crossed the border and try to prove each one is not looking for a job and has no chance of ever finding one………now that’s what I call really controlling borders for immigrants they say………EU style.

I've always wondered how Pasta's idea of post Brexit immigration control and how it'll work and be enforced with all the cuts to Border Force numbers, Home Office and Foreign Office budgets and everything else over the last 9 years, will play out.

I'm sure it'll be just fine though.

You should pretend to put me on ignore again......what will it be.....the sixth time now?

Read this slowly .....other thick as mince remainers are saying we have full control over our EU borders but dont bother applying the rules.......checking up on jobseekers months after they have already crossed the border is NOT control of our borders.......

I think that's you misunderstanding what "thick as mince remainers" are saying. Or maybe I'm not a "thick as mince remainer"? ???

We had the opportunity to refuse entry to newer, east European immigrants for up to 7 years. That facility is clearly stated in EU law.

https://ec.europa.eu/social/main.jsp?catId=466&langId=en

Unfortunately successive governments didn't act on it and we allowed happy shopper plumbers and decorators in from all over East Europe to undercut our local workforce. Shameful really, and the reason we're in the position we're in.

So we could easily have controlled our borders from this influx, but chose not to.

On my day off some posters on here have me missing work and my colleagues from around the EU.
Their hard working, can do attitude, mixed with a great sense of humour is a refreshing tonic from the f**kwittery so many little Englanders have seeping out of every pore.

All along, I wondered if the ERG were being incredibly stubborn/overly confident in that they would only support a harder Brexit than the Government/EU had came up with, and that they might one day rue forever turning down that offer.

No one ever seemed to discuss that.

Until it was just discussed on Newsnight. We may now end up with a soft Customs Union type Brexit.

Rees-Mogg, Bone, Cash, Davis, Duncan-Smith nearly had in their grasp all they’d sought all their political lives, but instead strode for Brexit perfection.

They are highly unlikey to ever get anywhere near that ever again, their sniffiness blew it.

Got to think those you have named would rather be in it and moan about it than out.

We applied those exclusion rules in full to Romanians and Bulgarians and they still have now large influxes. Exclusions on Poland and elsewhere from that expansion would have ended in 2011,their influx has been big since that period would have ended too, only Germany and Austria used up the full 7 year allowance on Poland and the other expansion countries.

Is it just me or are the Tory hard-line Brexiteer MPs a nasty bunch? In particular the appearance of Mark Francois on TV almost compels me to put my foot through the screen. I know it's a bit simplistic but are any of them personable, reasonable and kind human beings? I can't think of one but am happy to stand corrected.

I quite liked David Davis when I met him (just once).
Disagree with him passionately on most things. But he seemed basically Ok.

The DUP will also regret not backing the PM as well if there is another GE, they will go back to being nothing.

I'd read that Sinn Fein and The SDLP were talking about a possible electoral pact against The DUP if there was one too - Nigel Dodds in Belfast North and Emma Little-Pengelly in Belfast South have majorities of only circa 2000.
