I feel I have to even things up on the protesting front.
Yesterday a huge demonstration was held by Brexiteers at Plymouth docks to disrupt the 8:30pm Brittany Ferry arrival.
A huge crowd of 8 gathered which rapidly swelled to a dozen occasionally shouted leave means leave and waved a placard at disembarking vehicles.

Have you read the comments from Mrs Gadd? Hilarious doesn't come into it.

heard David Miliband this morning put forward a well framed case for another referendum, that the case for leaving was misleading and given what we know now about leaving we should ask the people again with new information. then went on to say the options should be accept the May deal or revoke.

asked why no deal not on the ballot he responded that parliament have already voted and rejects that. im pretty sure they rejected the May deal too, while dont hear them trying to test for revoking either. is it reasonable to accept parliament's view on one option but not expect them to decide on others? another referendum is just a way of MP shirking responsibility.

If a second referendum result was leave it would not make any difference as the political establishment are against it ,they cant implement it now so what would make them act any differently ?.

That's absolutely correct a referendum is just a of MPs who job it was to deliver upon the result have failed to do so as such the only way to resolve this impass is another referendum or general election

Plus of course If he believes parliament voting and rejecting something means it is not a valid option then ....

Cross-party request for second referendum – defeated

Defeated by 334 votes to 85, a majority of 249

Misinformation was spread by both sides just like in all elections. As for new information, we still don't know what our exit deal will be or even if there will be one ... we don't know what out future trading relationship will be. Agree with your last point it's also just a way for people who can't accept democratic results to have a second go.

Someone is certainly getting a little confused. Maybe you are new to this thread so I'll give you an explanation of some of the terminology used.

If someone wants to revoke Article 50, stay in the EU and forget leaving completely - They have traditionally been known as REMAINERS

If someone wants to revoke Article 50, to look at alternatives and then re-invoke at a later date - They have traditionally been known as LEAVERS

Hope this has cleared it up for you, and I think if you stick with this tradition you may find it less confusing

HKFC and LL Little angry man have just said the version of revoke they are thinking about is revoke and look at all the alternatives that comes with re-invoking later or even another vote NOT the revoke version where we stay in the EU and forget leaving completely. When did they become leavers? Perhaps all your WTO rubbish has confused you and fried your brain

Personally I think that if there is one or more versions of leave that MP's would pass, it should be put to a referendum, including remain, before becoming the new status quo, but agree that Mays deal and no deal should not be put forward if Parliament cannot countenance them. Another referendum is not shirking responsibility, it is seeking approval for one of the options that Parliament deems acceptable from the people that told them to find a way out of the EU, against the wishes of most MP's who wished to remain. We are only looking to do this because a small majority of us said we wanted it, best to check that what they have come up with fits expectations really, and no one could complain that we got a leave deal that no one wanted.
