Democracy will indeed win, a weasel do it all over again referendum will not happen, the political party that tells the people to vote again will be finished for decades.

What do you think will be the view of a Party that allows us to leave without a deal on March 29th? And what do you feel will be the view of a party that forces this deal through? There are few options, and all of them risk causing feelings of betrayal, but if you want to base it on political future of the party, it might make more sense to side with those most likely to be taking part in future elections.
Leave vote relied more heavily than remain on the old and those that don't usually take part in general elections, so I reckon pandering to those voters is not the politically astute choice. The press is another matter, and angering the right wing press may cause a rift, but they are usually placated by a new leader and a few promises of tax breaks for the owners.
You say a new referendum will be politically damaging to any party advocating it, so what options does any party have, from this point, that will keep it safe from a future backlash?

In times of crisis you need a man for the job. David Davis is that. Probably not a great Prime Minister for anything else, but Churchill wasn't either. One policy PM for a year to get us through this and out properly then let fresh blood Raab go for it.

Parliament will vote on the deal, you will be able to see who votes against it and pushes an exit with no deal and judge accordingly, but currently the government as you know are pushing to accept the deal and not go for the no deal option.
If you want to stay free from a future backlash then dont tell the voters to vote again, its very simple.
The less said about pandering to old people the better, you are stepping into the pathetic gammon territory. All votes are equal, your age or whether you are a frequent voter or not should not have you singled out for different treatment or have you somehow brushed aside and ignored in the future.

I genuinely believe T May when she says there will be no second vote. But, she wont be PM much longer.

Whoever takes over now knows that the EU will not roll over and give us a better deal. Mays deal is as good as it gets. So, it will simply be a choice of

a) No deal and all the chaos of that, or

b) staying in the EU on current arrangements.

I suspect that the vast majority of MPs do not want a no deal and would vote against that happening

My guess, is that whoever replaces May will ask EU for A50 to be suspended and ask the British people to vote a) No deal or b) Remain.

Extreme Brexiteers might not like it, but that will be the reality. As Lord Hague said "if Brexiteers push too hard, they might not get Brexit".
